Philips TV black screen

Hello,

I'm reaching out because I have a problem with my Philips 55pus6704/12 TV.

Sudden black screen.

I have already performed several reset or electrical reset operations. No success.

I have also replaced the following components:

Motherboard

Power board

Ambilight control board

I regained sound after these replacements but still no picture.

The ambilight works and still follows the colors of the image, so that should be fine.

Does anyone have an idea of what the issue could be? I don’t know what else to do.

Hi,

it's really very strange, has there been a storm or a surge in your electrical installation, for it to stop working like that?

Maybe the screen itself is faulty...

In which case, in my opinion, a screen replacement is necessary.

If you have the budget XD.

Not to my knowledge, but I'm not home 24/7; I really thought that by replacing the items mentioned in my first message, the problem would be solved.

Thanks for your feedback, Shadow, but at the price of a panel, it might be better to buy a new TV...
