Black screen on Philips TV 40PFL3008H/12

Hello,
When I turn on my TV, the screen stays black, the red light blinks 8 or 10 times and then turns off when I press the remote control.

      Yes, we land on Philips, it didn't reveal anything more to me, especially since it's a 2013 model... and if I go through their repair service, it might cost me a lot.
      I'm looking for ideas to move forward.
      The power board (seems to be powered properly) t-con board or micro board?

      Could you point out some tension points to check?
      I hear crackling, so it is powered; I have, for example, 114V on connector 2 pts CN500, 390V on C103 and C104...
