Hello,

On February 26, I received a watch as a gift. Until Friday, everything was fine; I was receiving all notifications for SMS, calls, and more. Since Friday, my watch is still paired with my phone, but it won't connect via Bluetooth anymore. What I mean is that it no longer shows as connected for calls and sounds, and when I click on it, a small tab opens telling me that an application is required for this device, even though I have the Da Fit app, which works with my watch. Since then, I receive all notifications except my SMS.

If someone can help me, that would be great as I've tried everything and unfortunately, nothing works.

Completely dissociate the watch, wait a little (a few minutes), and redo the entire process as if it were the first time.

I had already done it but I tried again and this solution doesn't work either, I am desperate...

Contact the watch manufacturer (which watch by the way?)
Or simply check the publisher Da fit, but first start by clearing the app cache. Then completely uninstall the app and reinstall it.
