Unable to scroll horizontally on Netflix

Hello everyone,

I am a Netflix subscriber and I watch on my Sony TV via a streaming device and through Google Chrome. No issues.

I have to use Chrome because my TV is too old and I can't download Netflix from the Google store, but it works.

My problem is that from the Netflix home screen I can scroll up or down BUT not sideways. It's as if the image is too large and doesn't give me access to the arrows to move sideways.

The video quality is perfect when I watch a series or a movie.

I have no issues on my computer.

Has anyone ever had this problem, and if so, what is the solution?

    Hello.

    For Netflix to work properly on a TV, you need to use the Netflix app downloaded from the Google Store, not through a web browser.

    You should consider getting a Stick:

    Or an Android box:

    These are just examples; there are plenty of models, stick to well-known brands.
