The screen does not display

Hello,

I have an AASTRA 6757 landline phone and as soon as I plug it in, the screen does not display anything even though all the indicators are working?

I don't understand what the issue is.

Can you please help me? Thank you.

    It looks like it's an IP phone; it might be powered by POE. What do you want to connect it to?

    Check that the "contrast" is properly set.

    If not, I think the backlight system of the screen is simply broken.
