Hello
In general
When receiving a call, the caller's number or name (if it is stored in the directory or if you have access to the Caller ID Name service) appears on the screen.
Conditions:
The screen displays External call if you have not requested number presentation, Hidden number if the caller has removed number presentation, or Unknown if it has not been requested
Have you confirmed number presentation with your operator via the customer area?
