The pocket box (loan, SFR) is not working.

Hello,

I have a problem, I had a pocket box (4G) that SFR disabled, so I called technical support to order another one, I received the latter but it doesn’t work. The Wi-Fi is lit up in green, but when I try to connect, a web page appears telling me "Web page not available" and "net :: Err_Connection_Reset".

So the Wi-Fi is connected but the Internet is not available.

And obviously, if I ordered this Box, it’s because the connection with my ADSL Box is no longer working.

What do I do? For now, I have a bit of 4G on my phone but it won't last long...
