Hello lmks,
No, there is no correlation between the power supply of a SFR Box and the WiFi signal.
This is the case for powerline adapters (CPL), where you should avoid using the powerline adapter on a power strip, as other electrical devices could cause interference...

Normally, this does not change your Wi-Fi speed, but I know that it is better not to plug the phone and a powerline adapter into the same power strip. It’s best to use different outlets.
Thank you very much, so if I understand correctly, I can leave my box plugged into a power strip without worrying that the speed will be reduced?
THANK YOU

To be sure and without fear of losing bandwidth, the box should already be about one meter off the ground and not accompanied by any electromagnetic devices that could alter or reduce the frequency of your box (i.e., the Wi-Fi) (e.g., phone, etc.) = preferably keep them away :) and also not far from that box because Wi-Fi does not have a range of 15 kilometers
frequency in Hz = i.e., the bandwidth in Ko/s)

Hello Mlks,
This is not unusual either ;o)... There are obstacles between the Box and the first floor (walls, doors, floor/ceiling, etc...etc...)
If the signal is weak enough, you might need to install a WiFi repeater.
I have a friend who has the Numéricable modem/router with WiFi, but since the walls are very thick, at 15 meters, the signal became too weak for the laptops to connect... He installed a WiFi repeater and the problem was "resolved". In fact, I installed two powerline adapters and the problem was completely solved (powerline adapter to the Numéricable router + powerline adapter on the WiFi repeater)
