Problem with Freaks and Geeks Wireless Controller

Hello, I have a problem with my controller. My PC detects it, meaning when I play games on Steam (GTA 5, Apex, etc.), the controller works, but when I play non-Steam games like FIFA 23, the controller doesn’t work. I tried downloading a controller software, but it didn’t work. I also used a controller tester on Google to see if my controller had a problem, and it was detected with no issues displayed. Can you please help me?

Me too, I have the same problem, but you need to update the firmware of the controller on the website... But that doesn't work either...
