Hello everyone

I have a PC with an I7 3770, 16GB of DDR3 RAM at 1600 MHz, an HP motherboard, and a 400W HP power supply (the PC is a prebuilt from HP, more specifically the Z220). I don't know which GPU to choose since I'm very limited. I have a maximum budget of 150 euros (if you have more expensive alternatives, I'm still interested). Thank you for your replies, it's urgent!

    Hello,

There's no need to specify "Urgent," as 3/4 of the messages posted on the forum are already that... it even has the opposite effect and just makes people want to not respond... If it's that urgent, I suggest you contact a professional...

If the main criterion is price, you just need to go to any shopping site, section "Graphics Card," and sort by price.

For under €200, by looking for promotions, you can find the GTX 1650 or the RX 6500 XT, and even cheaper you have their little sisters the GTX 1630 and RX 6400.

    Best regards.

These prices are too high but thanks anyway. But when I say urgent, it's to cancel an order for a GTX 970 thinking it would work with a 400w power supply.

With your CPU, the GTX 970 should be fine with a 400W power supply.

"max 150€, if you have more expensive alternatives, I'm still interested" you should know... You can find RX 6400s for almost exactly 150€ (Example).

    Hello.

Your PC is old given that it has a third-generation Intel processor, dating back to 2015.

I can't give you a precise answer since you don't mention the specifications and model of your motherboard, but in my opinion, any graphics card will do as long as there is a PCIe x16 slot on your motherboard. However, be careful before buying a graphics card; measure and check that it fits in your case and does not bump against certain components of your motherboard.

As for your power supply, once you have chosen your graphics card, make sure it is suitable for the power supply https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/composants/1661-calculer-la-puissance-necessaire-d-une-alimentation-de-pc/.
