Regard Telecom not found

Hello,
Yesterday, a Free technician came to install fiber at my home. At that moment, I learned that it was necessary to know where the Telecom manhole was located. Unfortunately, it seems that we do not have a manhole. After inspecting the plans, only the water manhole (clearly visible on the ground) is indicated.
What should we do? Do we need to dig up our entire garden to find it?

Hello.
I had this problem, the viewing area was covered by soil and grass, in fact it was right next to the entrance wall on the property line, not on the public road but on my land.

A hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated.
Hello
In general, the France Télécom connection is located on your property line, about 0.50 to 1 meter behind the fence, not far from the water meter or the electrical network supply box. (if there is a box embedded in the fence wall).
Look along the fence wall on the garage side.
Try to check with your neighbors; there are usually quite a few similarities. (unless it has also been buried there).
It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
What can I do to find it effectively? I've dug everywhere...
It should be noted that after making a new appointment, the technician apparently was not competent: he did not try to insert a needle into the garage conduit.
What type of cover is obstructing the view at your neighbors'? Polyethylene, concrete, or cast iron cover?
If it's a cast iron cover and not too deep, you should be able to find it with a metal detector.
Hello
They don't bother digging, they spend the whole day looking for connections:

Moreover, it is capable of identifying any type of material including cast iron, plastic like polyethylene, fiberglass, or concrete.
It's the company that decided that it's the consumer who must indicate the location.
Since the travel fee often brings in more than the connection... it's modern economy and you're the one doing the work.
As long as the fiber is present, they charge for the fiber packages.
In my building, all the recent Free subscribers on tempting offers, in all the hallways, and only them, were told that the connection had been cut due to work under the entire parking lot and that everything had to be dug up again at the expense of the co-ownership. They did make a request for the work, it took a while, but strangely we've never dug another hole and it's no longer mentioned.
Let's not jump to conclusions, no one has dared to admit how it's been working since then.
You're welcome.
See you later on CCM.
