Hello

I'm having a problem with my MacBook Air 2179

The issues are as follows:

- First, the computer is in internet recovery mode, I have a black screen with a network choice to make, but when I select my network, it keeps spinning indefinitely without connecting to the internet. I changed the password so that even if the keyboard is in AZERTY or QWERTY mode, the password is easy to type (4 spaces), but despite that, no connection is made!

- Secondly, the PC doesn't charge; when I plug in the power connector, it boots up on its own, the fan runs at full speed, and it starts in internet recovery mode. Anyway, what options do I have to access the computer?

Thank you

    Hello,
I haven't been very present but

Turn on the machine and hold down ALT, do you have Macintosh HD?

Hello and thank you for your response

Unfortunately, when I press the command key, nothing appears during the startup of the computer

The computer boots up by itself; I don't even need to press the start button for it to turn on!

    I'm a bit lost

    Thank you for your help

Hello, the command key (CMD) is not the ALT (option) key.
Turn off the machine and press the ALT option key.
Is there any spilled liquid on the keyboard by any chance?
