Printing issue Microsoft Edge

Hello,

I'm having a printing issue only when I use the Microsoft Edge browser. When I click on the three small dots and then print or use Ctrl+P, the printer does not respond.

How can I resolve this problem?

I already asked this question three days ago on the forum, but I haven't received any response.
