Outlook Synchronization

Hello,
I have email accounts hosted on OVH that work very well with webmail, but I mainly use Outlook. I have one account that sometimes has synchronization issues.
I have a dialog box with "Status of current sends and receptions" that loads for a long time or sometimes never finishes.
On the task "synchronizing folders with subscription..." I can neither send nor receive emails. This problem can last for 3 days and resolve itself, only to recur whenever it wants. I am looking for a long-term solution.
Unfortunately, OVH cannot help me because the issue occurs only on Outlook and not on their webmail.
Can you please help me?

Uncheck the box "Extract the number of unread items from subscribed folders"
as indicated HERE.

Thank you, I will try it as soon as tomorrow hoping it works because it's an extremely annoying problem.
