Hp2710 e0 error

 Martine -

I have a problem with my HP Deskjet 2710 printer.
The power button, the color cartridge button, and the Information button are blinking. On the control screen, E0 is blinking, along with the exclamation mark, the 2 ink levels, and the envelope.
I'm also unable to connect to WiFi...

When I press the I button, the Printer Information Page prints, and then it all starts blinking again.

What can I do?

Thank you very much!

I can no longer access my printer via wifi, everything is blocked...

I tried unplugging and plugging it back in after 3 minutes to reset it, same problem.

Yet I managed to print a configuration page...

I need to reset the printer, I feel like I'm facing planned obsolescence from HP...

If you could help me it would be great, it would prevent me from having to throw it away when I've seen that it prints perfectly with test pages.

    Thank you in advance

    Audrey

Did you try to solve the issue as indicated in the manual on page 96?

The problem is that I don't have access to my printer from a computer, it shows as unavailable.

Even when making a connection via USB cable?

A priori, it's an issue with the cartridges and more specifically the color cartridge according to what is flashing...

And no, not even connected via USB, offline ☹️

      Sorry...

Is there an issue with the color cartridge? Oxidized or dirty contacts, poorly removed plastic protection

So maybe that's it because I've really tried everything.

But I don't know how to clean more than what I've done with a cloth.

I was thinking of calling HP service. Do you think that's a good idea?

    Otherwise, an independent repairman?

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...
