CTRL+ALT+DELETE from cmd, Powershell or .bat

Hello everyone,

I work in IT at a company with quite a few users who don’t know how to click on a link to change their password every 90 days (an automatic email is sent 14 days before the account lockout deadline) or even how to press CTRL+ALT+DELETE on their keyboard... as a result: a ton of emails or calls for locked user accounts lol!

I found the possibility of creating a .bat file with this command: "C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:::{2559a1f2-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}"

This automatically launches the options window on Windows 10, but it doesn’t work on Windows 11 and I haven’t found any answers from our dear friend Google. This command also works with RDP on Windows Server, etc...

Do you have any ideas or a solution, whether it's Powershell, cmd, etc... that doesn't require admin rights on the workstation to make things easier for our dear slightly lazy regular users, please?

Thanks in advance! ????

I forgot to mention:

So this concerns a Microsoft account with an Office license, therefore also Windows, under the same tenant/domain. Our password reset link is hosted on our STS, so it is impossible for them to change the password themselves UNLESS they receive this specific email (For example, on office.com, the "Change password" function is not accessible).

So other than calling us to unlock their account and change their password in the AD, my IT manager and security manager do not provide us with any other solutions apart from the one I found with this command in a .bat :/
