Hello team,

I hope you are doing well, I have a Thomson 65UD6326 165cm QLED 4K TV.

Yesterday I was watching TV peacefully and suddenly the screen went black, but there was sound. Does anyone have any practical information to give me? The TV is barely 2 years old.

    Hello, Varaland

Thank you for the response. Yes, if your screen is black and you bring a light source close with your phone or a lamp and you see light, there's no doubt your LEDs are affected. But in my case, I have nothing, no brightness, the screen is really black but there is sound, so there you go.

    Best regards

Hello, my Thomson 65UD6326 just gave up yesterday!

When I tried to turn it back on a few hours later, it worked all day, and now since last night, it's over...

Bring your phone's flashlight close, turn off the lights, and shine it at the center of the screen and you'll clearly see "No Signal," indicating that the screen works but the LED backlight is shot.

As for repairs, the repairmen I contacted yesterday said it's between 250 and 350€ including labor; otherwise, the LED kit can be found online for 20 to 70€ complete, and the repair is quite tedious...

    Hello,

It's possible that the slabs are dead...

    Hello, MPMP10

Do you think the screen is dead? All the LEDs would have blown at the same time, it’s barely 2 years old the TV

    Good evening, Varaland

No, my TV is still in the same state. I was told to check the low voltage on the power supply board, which I did. I'm not a professional. When I checked, my voltage was at 8.79 or 9 volts. Did I take the right measurements????‍♂️ I was also told that it might be possible that a software update just needs to be done. To do this, you have to go to the product's website, download the latest software update, and install it via a USB stick.

I hope this can help you.

Thank you for the response, I just searched online and believe the problem is rather on the side of one or more LED strips.

    Good luck, take care.
