Hello, when my TV is on and I'm on an app like Netflix or on HDMI for the console, sometimes my TV opens a white window saying "Downloading Google Play Services" and then it shows me "an error occurred, please try again later" and in the TV notifications it says "action required on the Google account."

How can I solve this problem?
