I am looking for an update for the Continental LED TV 32"

Model No. JCL-CK43JA71S

The problem is that after turning on, it stays on the logo position and turns off after 1 minute

    You are quite right, it is a firmware update.

    I'm looking, but I haven't found where to download it for a possible reset from a USB drive yet.

    A TV is not a computer, it doesn't get updated, it gets repaired if a quote says it's worth it.

      And it is certain that there are updates for this type of TV!

        I understand, but even if I don't really get much of it, a potential update of the Android version or the applications on it won't make a TV that won't turn on start up and therefore won't access the menu (in terms of what interests us regarding the system settings).

        Unless it's a hardware failure, it might be an update of the firmware itself that should be downloaded onto a USB stick or it might need to be reset from the remote control if that's possible.

        I can't find a manual with the indicated references to see, if necessary, how to proceed.

        Have you found the firmware for your TV? Because I also need the firmware as I have a message saying that the storage space is almost full, and I can't do anything.
