Good evening,
I currently have a major problem with my WiFirst connection in my student residence. I can't connect to the WiFi network, neither on my phone, nor on my computer, nor on my tablet !! It's a nightmare to work properly...
After contacting customer service, I was informed that the IP address is fine and the problem wouldn't be from there. But after trying everything (Ping, Terminal commands, resetting...) nothing works. My devices connect normally to WiFirst, but afterwards, I can't connect to any other website...
If anyone has experienced this problem before, I would appreciate their help and advice... Thank you in advance !!
