Hello, I placed an order for wool on Etsy, the delivery was supposed to be on December 10th, here we are on the 27th and my order is in Austria! According to the order tracking. I contacted Etsy to get a refund because I was charged the amount but Etsy is telling me that they can't do anything and that I need to be patient and that they can't refund me!!!!

Esty is an intermediary, a platform made available to artisans; they do not sell anything.
If your order is delayed, indeed they will not be able to do much since it is the one who sold to you who is in charge. At worst, if there are too many complaints, they may eject the seller.
The best thing to do is to try to contact the seller directly.
