Factory code for klipad tablet

Hello,

I was given a klipad 628 tablet and the person had tried to enter their Google account info. Then they restored it to factory settings, but now the tablet is asking for the factory code. This code is nowhere to be found! The klipad customer service is closed. So what can I do? I tried performing a data reset but it doesn't work; it still asks for the factory code. I haven't found anything about this anywhere.
