Hello,
Following the purchase over 2 years ago of a Paragoose heated parka from a clearance store that is now closed.
I find myself today with a parka that does not turn on anymore, so it doesn't heat up, and after several attempts, I have found no way to contact Paragoose.
Would you have any contact information or another phone number or email address?
I would like to find a solution to be able to send the parka to customer service.

It is no longer under warranty anyway, even if you pay, there will probably be no coverage.

Yes, no warranty coverage but I'm looking for a repair solution at the price of the parka, it's annoying that it remains in the closet, there must be a solution.
At the cost of a return to who knows which country? It might end up being very expensive. It's even strange that this brand, sold by several retailers, is a true ghost. I wouldn't be surprised if it came from Asia.
And since this brand doesn't even seem to have a website, I doubt there is an after-sales service.
You can always try to find a contact through a website that sells this brand; those can be found, and they might have a point of contact.
