Google confirms it's really you

Good evening everyone, my problem is that I can no longer access my Google account because it is asking me to enter a code on my old phone, which I no longer have.
I just wanted to know if this means my account is disabled or if it's just a security measure.
Thank you in advance.

Hello, it’s a security measure and therefore your account is not disabled. To disable your account, you probably need to enter your original username and password, as well as a mobile number, whether it’s old or not, since you will receive a confirmation key on it, and then you can do whatever you want with your account.
Suspended or not, even if you cancel your account, it's much more likely that he will remember you. Don't forget that if it's free, you're the product, and apparently there is no expiration date, even when you're dead and buried six feet under.
Okay, but you have to go to the Google sign-in page, not to a different link like YouTube to check your status, because your browser might also be configured not to display third-party links from a visited site.
Thank you for your responses, and especially for being very quick. When I try to enter my email and password, everything goes well, but in the next step, Google asks me to enter a code sent to an old phone that I no longer have, to "confirm it's really you."
I'll rephrase my question (and last one) differently: does Google wait for me to log in to suspend my account, or do they do it regardless of whether I'm logged in or not?
Hello, thank you very much for your response. Just one last question, in case Google had suspended my account, would I have received the same message or not?
