I have a Green Cell UPS05 uninterruptible power supply connected to my PC running Windows 10 via USB. My UPS is managed with UPSilon 2000 version 5.4 and it was working very well, but for a few days now, when I turn on my PC, I get a message saying "UPS disconnected" and I haven't been able to resolve the issue despite all my attempts.

Does anyone have a solution to my problem? Thank you in advance.

It is possible that your UPS is disconnected for several reasons. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check that the USB cable is properly connected to your computer and to the UPS.

    2. Check that your computer recognizes the UPS. To do this, go to Device Manager and check if the UPS is listed under USB devices. If it is not, try connecting the UPS to another USB port on your computer.

    3. Check that the UPS is powered on and that the batteries are charged. If the batteries are low, replace them with new ones.

    4. Try reinstalling the UPS management software, UPSilon 2000. Download the latest version of the software from the manufacturer's website and follow the instructions to install it on your computer.
