I placed an order on the ZOFOOT website on December 7th.
My package has still not shipped and my account has been charged.
Despite sending 2 emails, I haven't received any response!
There is no phone number to contact them.
Can someone help me please?

ZOFOOT is a presumed fraudulent anonymous site (No Legal Notices/Terms & Conditions). No General Terms and Conditions. The site is likely located outside EU jurisdiction. No recourse is available.
If a package is sent, it will be low-quality counterfeit.

Before ordering from a site, especially when the prices are ridiculously low, you should look for information, for example on this forum; after that, it's too late, you won't be able to contact them outside of the contact form on the site.
This site is in China, so since it's the Christmas period, don't expect to receive your order in less than two or three weeks or more, see the detailed information about the site.
Another site selling counterfeit jerseys, these sites are rampant on the net; you should avoid ordering from these unknown sites that attract their customers with very low prices.

Order placed and paid for 3 items.
1st package lost (that can happen) 2nd package sent, and the problem is 1 only item in the bag (the cheapest one from the order) I'm battling with them. They tell me that the package left from there complete (weight recorded in their warehouse 1.76kg) the package in France before delivery is registered at 0.5kg I am missing 2 items, they don't want to hear anything, and even threaten to file a complaint because I opened a dispute with PayPal (payment method). Very dishonest. There was indeed a problem, and they don't want to hear anything. Meanwhile, I paid for several items and only received 1.

Fraudulent sites never refund.. See if your credit card happens to cover this kind of damage..
