Black screen Samsung Galaxy Flip

Hello,

I have a problem with a first-generation Samsung Galaxy Flip, the main screen remains black.

The phone charges, and it vibrates slightly when I plug in the charger, the small screen on top also works and displays the date as well as the battery percentage, even though before it turns on normally it shows lots of little multicolored stripes.

I have tried "massaging" techniques, as well as a hard reset, but it doesn't work.

Do you think it can be saved? What could be the issue?

Should I invest in a new phone?

Thank you

Smartphone purchased in Japan (no warranty in France). If you wish to have it repaired, it will be at your own expense.

Hello, I have the same random issue on mine. I made a small modification that seems to have greatly improved the problem. First, I updated to the latest Samsung software, which I've done, but it wasn't quite enough. I enabled developer options and changed the animation scales from 1x to 0.5, and since then, I haven't had any issues.
