Zalando : counterfeit or genuine article?

Hello,

I would like to buy a Valentino travel bag on Zalando, but how can I know if it’s a counterfeit or not?
I saw it in a store priced at €179, and it’s on Zalando for €159 + 15% off with the current offer. It would therefore cost me €135.96.
Additionally, since it would be a gift, I want to be sure the bag is not a counterfeit and that it also comes with a pouch inside for protection.
Do you know if Zalando offers gift wrapping?

    Zalando is a well-known and reliable site that does not sell counterfeits.

    As for the inner pouch, please ask Zalando.

    Good evening, thank you for your response. However, in light of numerous articles regarding counterfeiting on Zalando, I will be looking elsewhere.
    Many people who have purchased from Zalando at the "full price" ended up receiving items that aren't even worth €30.

      I know about counterfeit sites, and I don't hold back when asked for my opinion. As for Zalando, I maintain that this site is reliable.

      The issues on well-known and reliable sites often come from alternative sellers. Regarding your bag, it is clearly stated "sold and shipped by Zalando," so there’s no problem. If this bag doesn't suit you, returns are free.
