Hello everyone,

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes on Zalando and received them in a plain cardboard box without the original packaging, without shoe trees (the paper ball inside the shoe that helps maintain its shape) and without a return label. So I'm worried it might be a scam and that the pair could be a fake. Has anyone else received an item from Zalando without its original packaging? Because even with all the searches I've done online, I feel like this has only happened to me.
