Special characters

Hello,
I have tried several times to replace Word with Libre Office, but I always get stuck when it comes to certain accented characters. The vowels with an acute accent are not a problem, but the letters with a tilde, I don't know how to make them. With Word, I can request a "~" that will be placed OVER the last letter written (the "g", for example). With Libre Office, unfortunately, I haven't found a way. The special characters allow me to place them in different positions relative to the character (next to it, at its foot, etc...), but above, which is quite logical, I don't see in the special characters. So if you can find out how to write a "g" with a tilde, I will start using Libre Office again, but as long as I can't write my classes in Guarani with it, I am forced to stick with Word!

ñ Hello,
Why all of this..?? Don’t you live in France or are you using a different language..?? Studies, etc..??
Because this computer world was designed to be configured in almost all languages of the world, it seems surprising to me that you can't find your happiness in it.
It looks more like a poor keyboard setup (???). You have to understand that these keyboards have rules based on the language used by the system... For example, the ^b doesn’t work but the â does work because it corresponds to the rules of our language (circumflex accent on the b or on the a.!)
Also, there are settings and options in Office, like in Word... you need to check.. Office is free and less powerful than Word, you have to be aware of that too...
Check Google, there might be a keyboard that does everything you’re looking for, to install in Windows
It is possible to have a French, USA, and special Spain keyboard, all in the same Windows... It’s on the web.

Hello,
The problem is that the g with a ~ above it does not exist in special characters.
I want to see!
Hello,
~ exists in diacritic (Word special characters); so type g then 0303 followed by Alt+c.
After checking with LO writer type g then 0303 followed by Alt+x
What do you want us to say to you? You ask to see, well then look for it. Or if you want us to show you, come over to the house...
Hello,
Pierr10 is right in his message <6> that works at least in Word, I don't know about Libre Office.
There are also virtual Guarani keyboards, for example here:

Hello,
To my knowledge, there is no Guaraní keyboard. Google Translate has just introduced this language; it’s brand new. For the keyboard, there is a Bolivian who has put online some fonts and a spell checker dedicated to Guaraní. But I can't manage to install them; anyway, special characters are done through key combinations. I prefer to use the special character insertions in Word, which keeps track of the last used characters (the last 20, I believe, which is more than enough).
