Hello!
Before anything else, make sure that these emails really come from Instagram (check the sender's email address, in particular).
If everything is good and safe, in the emails you receive, there should normally be a link at the very bottom offering an "unsubscribe" option from their "newsletter." Click on it and on the page that appears, there are usually several checked boxes that need to be unchecked in your case.
Hoping this helps you.
Thank you, but no, it’s not possible. There’s only the option to remove the email address, but I’ve also lost the connection!!
It's the same problem with Google; every time I log in, I receive an email to confirm if it’s really me!! It’s annoying.
What do you mean by "I've lost the connection" (the connection to what)?
For Google, it's normal. It's a security measure that alerts you that another device has access to your account (the one you used to log in). It's always additional layers of security after the password.
To get back to your Instagram account, do you receive the emails in question every time you log into your account (when you enter your username + password)?
Otherwise, have you tried looking in your account settings, under "Notifications"? Maybe there's something to change there...
