Hello, I wanted to know if CSL computer is a reliable site in terms of quality.

    Very disappointed with the after-sales service of CSL Computer: incompetence and disregard for the customer.

    I purchased a complete computer from CSL Computer in September 2024. A few months later, a RAM stick fails.

    From the start, things get complicated. By email, I am told that I must return the entire RAM kit. Finding this illogical, I call their service to verify. An advisor (Nicolas) clearly confirms to me that I can return only the defective stick, provided that I pack it properly. So I do: I send the stick on May 20, 2025, with proof of dispatch.

    A month later, after first asking for a simple proof of sending, they email me to request that I return the entire complete kit again. This completely contradicts what their advisor told me on the phone — result: a month lost for nothing.

    In response to my dissatisfaction, their solution is even more absurd: they offer me to pay 84.90 € + shipping costs to receive two new sticks "on loan." Then, once the defective stick is received (which I have already sent!), I might be reimbursed… Seriously? I paid for a complete PC. Only one component is defective. It is normal for it to be replaced or refunded, without additional costs.

    Today, more than a month later:

    The customer service refuses to replace or refund the stick individually,

    They themselves acknowledge that their delays come from their internal disorganization,

    Their communication is confusing, slow, and contradictory,

    I feel abandoned, with no real support or respect for the customer.

    Result: I have lost time, money (call costs, postage), and a lot of patience.

    I strongly advise against CSL Computer, especially if you expect reliable, professional, and responsive customer service. The product is not everything; the service in case of a problem is essential, and here, it’s a disaster.

      But at what percentage? If we look here for example https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/www.csl-computer.com, the percentage of dissatisfied customers is low. Anyway, you will never find a site with 100% satisfaction.

      For example, I've been with Free for 20 years and have never had any issues. Yet we see plenty of negative reviews online.

    This company received a €50 transfer by mistake and does not want to refund me!

    So just walk away, in case of a problem, they will do nothing.
