My laptop is connected to my smartphone's wifi for internet access; when I'm watching a movie on my computer or on my television when I connect my computer via an HDMI cable, more or less frequently, the image freezes and a red circle spins around; the duration of this incident varies.

Could someone tell me the origin and cause of this incident and how I could remedy it?

    I can't, I don't have a box and I have a subscription with Réglo mobile. Before, with the box, there were no such incidents, at least fewer, otherwise without internet directly from the satellite dish, there were no incidents; based on that, what do you think about a signal booster? And which model?

    I think the bandwidth is not sufficient, especially today, Saturday afternoon; speed test: download: between 1.92 and 3.89 - upload: between 1.50 and 2.27

    How can I check if the buffer is saturating?

    Sorry, I can't guide you on this idea. I'm sticking to my point about the lack of bandwidth on the phone subscription. Check your phone for a lack of bandwidth on the wifi connection; you're not the only one having these kinds of difficulties.
