Numark Mixtrack Platinum Driver Issues

Hello,

I just bought a Numark Mixtrack Platinum controller and there was no installation CD. I can't find the driver for the device online. What should I do?

I am running Windows 11 Pro.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...

Sorry, normally this should be found by clicking on either:

  • Complete download and setup with Serato DJ intro
  • Complete setup with Virtual DJ 8 professional

But this leads to an error page

The only downloadable thing is Serato DJ lite

I think the question needs to be asked directly to Numark

impossible to validate the serial number for numark, I just need the driver for the numark mixtrack or a download link
