Urgent: Order not validated after payment
Hello, I placed my order 24 hours ago and made the payment via Cashplus before the deadline, of course. I have proof of payment, but I haven't received a confirmation email for the order???!!!! Even on my account, there are no orders listed?? Please, a solution!!

For your issue, via private messaging, contact the ShowroomPrivé representative present on the forum and don't forget to provide your order number.
