Hello,

I can't validate my order on the showroomprivé website.
The following message appears every time I try to validate: "Please select a delivery method"?
What can I do? Send my order by mail?

I have the same problem, I did it again and checked it ten times, when it comes to choosing the delivery option, nothing happens. I can't access the payment. Is it a bug? Or more insidiously, since I only ordered one item for €17, a deliberate impossibility...

Thank you for your help. I just confirmed my order but was unable to use my promo code. I don't know how many times I've tried again, to no avail...

I had the same problem, it wouldn't accept the first name in the shipping address, I entered the last name twice and the address was validated and I was able to place the order.

go back to the order page and check your desired delivery option, you must have forgotten to select something: home delivery yes, but standard or express delivery? Or to choose which parcel collection point
I don't know, but the issue is here, at this step.

Hello, I'm encountering the same problem, and I tried to do as you recommended but it only offers the option to subscribe to the "infinity" delivery for 20 euros, which I won't do, but it still doesn't go through... the order shows the same message, even though everything is correct????
