Nokia 3310 not recognized by PC

Hello,
I would like to retrieve content from my Nokia 3310 (new generation) to put it on my PC.
However, when I plug my phone into the USB port, it doesn't show up in the devices! Additionally, there's an anomaly that leaves me perplexed: the phone itself charges when connected to the computer via the same port (so it doesn't seem to be an issue with either the phone or the USB cable I'm using).

Hello,
This does not excuse the cable, some only allow charging without data transfer.
In any case, Mass Storage mode must be enabled on the phone.
