Wii U stuck on Nintendo Networks

Hello,

I bought a used Wii U, I tried to remove the old account that was on it but I’m stuck on "enter the password for your Nintendo Network ID." I can’t access the settings anymore, I tried forgot password, sending a code by email and nothing. Does anyone know how to unlock or reset it without going into the settings, please.

    Hello.

    Only the previous owner of the Wii can delete the old account linked to this console; it should have been done before the sale, so discuss that with the seller.
