Stuck on WII U user choice

Hello, a few years ago I bought a second-hand Wii U, which worked perfectly for the first few months. However, after some time, when I turned it on, it got stuck on the user selection screen, and I couldn't use the touchscreen or the buttons, the only one that worked being the + button. Nevertheless, when I used the + button, the other buttons worked, but not the touchscreen. Additionally, not long ago, I managed to use the console by some miracle, and both the touchscreen and all the buttons worked perfectly, but now the same problem has returned, and I'm lost (there are no parental controls on the console). So I looked for information online, but no one seems to have shared such issues. I need help, thank you in advance.
