How to get French quotation marks in Adobe Acrobat Pro

I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro and I need to edit text in a PDF. However, when I try to put French quotation marks in a passage, the quotation marks appear as English quotation marks, and when I look in Adobe's preferences, I can't find "text" or "dictionary" whereas online it suggests clicking on these categories to choose French quotation marks and insert them automatically (and I believe the issue also occurs with the apostrophe that shows up as a straight quote in the Anglo-Saxon style instead of a curved one in the French style!). I really don't know how to get out of this situation! If anyone knows a solution, it would really help me! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

    Indeed, it works, thank you :) however, the automatic non-breaking space surrounding the word in quotes doesn’t happen, I suppose it’s because I’m using a keyboard shortcut and not the "normal" key, which would allow them to be used automatically? But how can I save them in Adobe so that this is the case?
