Printing in grey and not black EPSON XP 245

Hello,

I have an EPSON XP 245 printer that hasn't worked for several months. I've put in new cartridges. It doesn't print black but it does print gray....

Does anyone know the solution please?

    everything the Epson book says: alignment, cleaning, cartridge removal, unplugging for 10 minutes; 1 hour.....

    Are these Epson cartridges?

    Are the drivers up to date?

    For the cartridges: yes

    As for the drivers, they installed automatically yesterday by connecting the printer to a PC with Windows 10
