Hello, I am being asked for the address line 2 in a form I am filling out and I don't know what that means.

Hello,

In general, the notion of "Address Line 2" ... corresponds to a possible addition to the address... like "name of the residence," "building no.," "locality," etc...

If there is nothing to add, it is usually possible to leave it empty... and, if it causes an issue, the "solution" is to check the help section of the relevant website and/or contact them...

It is absolutely impossible to respond to a request regarding an unidentified document from an unknown site.

Even assuming you displayed it in this thread, it is not clear that we could reply on behalf of the sender.

The best option would be to call them, as they are the ones best equipped to provide information.

If that has already been done, it is not within our responsibilities to take action on behalf of the citizens, even in the absence of a response.
