Hello. I have a phone whose screen is broken and goes completely black, but it still turns on when I connect it to my PC; it displays, but I can't access the data. Please help me recover the data, please????????

    Change your screen and that way you will be able to access the data.

    Because if you don’t have access to the phone’s screen you won’t be able to validate, and thus won’t be able to see its contents on the PC, and in that case you only have this paid solution left for you.
