Remote control stuck, need help

Hello everyone

This little message is to see if someone could help me. I have a Polaroid TBSAND504KPR02 UHD Led TV 50’´.

Since this morning, I can no longer use my remote control. A red light has come on and I can't turn it off. The batteries have been changed and despite that, nothing works. Being so foolish, I reset my TV via a remote control app on my phone thinking it would solve the remote control issue and it made it worse. My television is stuck on "Welcome! Polaroid TV" "Next" but I obviously can’t click on Next since my phone is no longer linked to the TV as they need to be on the same Wi-Fi.

Does anyone have a solution, please? Has the remote control gone into "safety" mode? No idea...

Have a very good evening, everyone,

Pierre

    Good evening,

Are the polarities properly respected for the new batteries?

Have you tried unplugging your television's power cord?

Also check if any button on the remote might be stuck, just in case...

Is this television under warranty or not?

Yes, the television is under warranty; it’s not even a year old.

I checked, but nothing seems to be damaged...

And what about the power outlet?

Yes, it has been unplugged as well. The television works very well. It's just the remote control that stays stuck on this little red light ????
