Hello,

We have an essential B Tribu Trio cordless phone, we no longer have the manual and we cannot hear anything on the phone, neither the tone nor the people calling. I reset the settings to default and disconnected the base and batteries of all three phones, but it didn't help. Can someone please assist me?

    Hello,

If you haven't already, put the batteries back in the handsets and reconnect the base.

Then, if this phone is connected to a router, reset it.
To do this, cut off the power supply to the router for a good minute and then turn it back on.

The manual can be downloaded here: https://mesnotices.20minutes.fr/014159.php?ID=5980350&k=fc1a974f7287f23a4cf48be308c02e0e&q=ESSENTIELB+TRIBU

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

    Hello,

I saw your comment with another person and I checked that the phones are not connected to a box. I reset the settings to default and unplugged the base and battery, but it didn't change anything. Since this is at my workplace in a large property, I decided before leaving to do all of this again and to leave the phones and bases without electricity or batteries. I will try to reconnect them tomorrow morning and I will keep you updated.

But I thank you for your feedback.

I checked that the phones are not connected to a box.

There is no box on the property.... Are you paying a direct subscription to Orange only for the phone?

When you power everything back on, let me know what the handsets display as the online icon at the top (See the manual for its description and particularly the icon indicating the status of the base/handset connection (image below)

Specify the icons that may be blinking
