Hello, the handset of my cordless phone says to turn on the base.

However, the base is plugged in.

    Hello,

    Your combined device has lost radio connection with its base.

    Check that the power outlet for the base is operational.
    Check that the power cable is fully connected at the base.

    If this does not resolve the issue, follow the procedure below.

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

      Thank you for your reply. But the screen is completely black. I think the phone is dead.

    The handset is, who knows, on "Hold"!

    A long press on the "End Call" button turns the handset on or off.

    If, on the other hand, the base is really no longer powered, the batteries have discharged and therefore the screen is off.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...
