Black circle projector

Hello.
I need your help please.

I have a Phillips Neopix 2 projector for 2-3 months, and several times the bulb turns on by itself with a huge circle appearing and getting bigger, while the projector itself doesn't turn on, I think, because the fan doesn't run.
I don't understand ????????‍♀️

    If you bought it new, return it to the seller as it's under warranty.
