Canon printer not recognizing color cartridge

My Canon Pixma TS 5151 printer does not recognize the color cartridge and displays an error message 1682 even though the cartridge is new and of the brand
Now the printer is stuck on this error message and I cannot use it. Please let me know what to do

Error 1682 corresponds to a chip error on the cartridge... Check that it is properly positioned... Clean the connectors on both sides or replace it with a new one.
The problem is that the error message persists even after changing the cartridge.
Maybe the printer needs to be reset?
I don't know the procedure.
Sorry, I have no idea how to reset..
However, if the error indicates a problem with the cartridge chip, you have 2 possibilities:
Either the chip is defective (put the old cartridge back in and see if the message changes)
Or there is a bad connection on the connector between the machine and the cartridge chip and you need to check this on both sides.. (the connector on the printer and the connector on the cartridge)
I have already had an oxidized connector on an Epson cartridge that was recognized only occasionally...
