Discord phone number issue

Hello, I have a problem because when I want to log into my Discord account and I go through the phone verification, it tells me that I already have an account with the same number, so it needs to be deleted. However, since I do not have access to my Discord account from which I could delete the second account, I don’t know how to delete it since I don’t have access to the latter.
