DirectX is not installing

Hello, I hope you are doing well

after I downloaded Gmod on my Windows 7 64 bit to play, I receive a notification as soon as I launch it that my DirectX is not up to date and I need to install a new version which is DirectX web

when I downloaded it, I tried to install it but it doesn't install and gives me this error:

"Download failed, please make sure your internet connection is good or try again"

I tried again but still the same error

it has nothing to do with my internet as it is strong and connected to my computer but I would like to install DirectX so that I can play Gmod please

    Should I go into these files to find the version?

    There is a DXSETUP file. (After extracting everything with 7-Zip)
